I am not sure if there is an app result or employee outcome. EVERY Time I use the app and request a RX to be filled, the app states it is gear up and when I become to pick it upwards, it is not in fact ready. Although, I usually prepay on the app. I have even received emails after I accept picked up what RX is fix that an boosted RX is now ready, later on I leave the pharmacy. I take voiced my concerns to the employees and they never tin can give me an answer. Sometimes, they don't accept the product, which makes no sense. I only use CVS and accept the same RX filled each calendar month or 90 days if insurance allows. I have had to go to other locations to get my RX filled because the location that is closer to where I live, which happens to be 3x as far as other pharmacies about my habitation. This is unacceptable business practices. And it infuriates me when I can't become a product filled at "my location" merely yet they will telephone call me everyday till I choice up a refill that my doctor has called in. If I am using the app incorrectly I would profoundly appreciate the cognition to brainwash myself on how to use information technology properly. I am not so self involved that I recall I am the but customer that this is happening to. I accept spoke to other people who accept stated they have experienced similar issues with this location.

I want to be able to send a bulletin to fill up those monthly refills since they are not automatically filled. I wonder why I have so many messages to call chemist for a refill when they are scheduled for refill. I also take one script that I don't need refilling and would like to get out message to cancel prescription for that one refill time. Why are and then many of my prescription refills not in stock when they are due for refills? This is happening quite often lately. I don't sympathize why ready refills are out of stock?
